Unity Linux Mirrors

Here a list of servers from around the world mirroring Unity Linux. These are kept in sync with our primary server at ibiblio.org. You can check the status of each mirror at http://unity-linux.org/mm/mirrorstatus.html

If you would like to offer a new mirror for us, we would be very glad! Please let us know at ul-developers@googlegroups.com so we can thank you personally, and mention you here.1)

Users can easily update their mirror list in Smart under Edit > Mirrors. Alternatively, from the command line, as root, run smart-setup and select your primary and two secondary mirrors.

Unity PLF channels

PLF mirrors are a way to distribute content that may not be legal for distribution in every country. Unity PLF mirrors are located around the world. Please see http://plf.zarb.org/mirrors.php for a list of available mirrors. You can access the Unity-PLF channels by installing the “smart-channels-plf” package.

1) Note to Unity Linux mirror list maintainers - when a new mirror is added, the following has to be updated: SVN::packages/smart-channels-unity/S/mirror.list
